Welcome to the ShavedApe website. 

ShavedApe started out as a name for a business that was established back in February 1995 by a group of friends that shared a common interest in the sport of skimboarding.  The years that followed were fun and exciting until the business folded later on.  Click here to find out more.

However the enjoyment and fun received from skimboarding lived on for another couple of years.  All that we have now is memories.  Memories covered with long summers down the beach skimming.

So I am dedicating this tiny piece of the web as a gallery to photo’s relating to skimboarding and links to other sites relating to skimboarding.  So please read on and enjoy!
