How do I create shared resource such as a meeting room (or laptop or data projector or camera)?
Step 1. Create the resource logon account (use a strong password). For
example, create an account called Laptop (Millhouse). Make sure to create a
mailbox for the account. Once created, use ADUC to edit the properties. Go to
the Exchange General tab, and edit the Delivery restrictions. Set them so that
only that account can send email to itself. That way, no email can accidentally
be sent to this account.

Step 2. Log on as the account, open up Outlook, and configure the Exchange
account.
Step 3. Click on Tools >>> Options >>> Calendar Options >>> Resource Scheduling.

Step 4. Select all 3 boxes. Click on Set Permissions.

Set 5. Click on the Permissions TAB. Give the Default user Author permission.
Remove all other users.
Set 6. Log the resource account off.
