PNAgent programs can be initiated from the System Tray icon, but not from the Start Menu.

The file association for PNAgent is not working. Drop to a command prompt and type in ‘assoc’ ENTER and then ‘ftype’ ENTER. Note the results for PNAgentFile. You may see that the ftype association for the PNAgentFile is not enclosed with quotes. This is the cause.

Solution:
Drop to a command prompt and type:

assoc.pnagent=PNAgentFile

ftype PNAgentFile="C:\Program Files\Citrix\PNAgent\pnagent.exe" "%1"
