How do I avoid the re-activation process when I rebuild a PC with the same version of Windows XP?

Follow these instructions dude!

 

1.      Navigate to your Windows\System32 directory and locate the following files: wpa.dbl and wpa.bak.  (Note: you might not have a wpa.bak file).

2.      Back these files up to a floppy drive.
3.      Reinstall the operating system and boot to safe mode.
4.      Restore the wpa.dbl and wpa.bak files to their original location.
5.      Reboot Windows normally.
